Music by the sea: Paul Desmond's "Take Five" (my all-time favourite) played on the quay in Arendal, Norway. In-between excerpts from Bach and Beethoven.
I don't know his name, but he and his wife (who played the cello) seemed to play their way through Norway.

a busker who plays well is worth listening to.
To travel through Norway, playing music.. Some people are lucky enough to live like in 70ies , free ,with no roots, going where wind pushes them away..There are worst ways to discover a country!
Desmond and Brubeck...what a musical combination! Great photo of another musician.
I can almost hear it ..
The sea, AND such music--sounds like heaven on earth.
What a great way for them to cross Norway.
I do agree with Dina, Rune!! It does indeed sound like heaven to me, too! And I, too, can almost hear it! Great shot for the day!! Hope your week is going well! Enjoy!!
I can feel the soul of his music in my heart.
This is a touching photo; I can 'hear' him through your photograph. That speaks volumes for your talent.
A splendid way to spend time...playing and listening!!!
Street musicians usually have a aura of magic about them. Love free spirits -- we should all be so -- barbara

DAve Brubeck and Paul Desmond - great music.
A great candid shot!
Street musicians don't usually get the attention their art deserves.
They seem to have a varied repertoire! Take Five is also one of my favorites.
Pretty often I marvel at the talent out there among us. You're reminding me of a husband-wife team some years ago in Savannah, Georgia, he on piano, she on cello, doing soft jazz. Very nice. (But this was a hotel lobby, so I guess they weren't street musicians).
Et herlig gateportrett. Enkelt og stilig.
