Nærøyfjorden is one of the most famous fjords in Norway. At least, it is on UNESCO's World Heritage list. It is located in the county "Sogn- og Fjordane" and is easily reached from Bergen.
You see the small houses on the right?..they are my dream on earth! :o) I sailed through the Oslo fjord a long time ago and I LOOOVED it so much..The mountains falling down to the sea, the heavy clouds above, the silent, the cold..I remember every detail, and find them again on this picture!
Bilder som dette gjør at en kjenner en er så stolt, så stolt av landet sitt Norge. For en fjord og for et landskap, så friskt og så uberørt, LOVE IT Rune :-)
Oh, nothing but stunning!!! Both in nature and in photograph. This takes me back to our lovely tour of Norway in 2009...part of it was spent on the deck of a ferry that slipped through these awesome stretches of water, stone, and leaf.
Your fjords are very beautiful as are your photographs. I hope to sail through one of them someday. Oklahoma does not have fjords. We do have some modest gullys. No comparison.

I will continue to do so, but I will not pass them on.

World heritage a worthy recognition, it's stunning. This shot would make an excellent HDR.
