Å - så stilig! De er utrolig artige disse rhododendronbuskene. Står der hele vinteren med saftige knopper, og tåler kulde og drittvær - for så å komme med de mest fantastiske blomster! Flotte bilder av en hardfør plante!
The snow is decorative! I hope your rhododendron will survive! I like rhododendrons. Thanks for your visit. We don't celebrate Valentine's Day in the Netherlands either, but I liked the story. I wish you a great week. Take care!
My favourite is the last one. I could see that on a wall somewhere, and I do not think I would get tired of looking at it!! Thanks for sharing, and I hope the snow has not killed the plants!
Hmmmm. When did you have time to slip out of Norway, across the ocean wide and manage to find my house to take a picture of the rhodedenron bush that is planted by the front window in my living room? AMazing! And that's exactly how my rhodedendron bush here looks right now since we had a fresh snowfall yesterday and last evening! Aren't they just one of the prettiest things to bear blossoms ever though?

I like these all covered in snow.
Reminds me of what mine used to look like - my visiting deer ate the blooms. :(
These photos give a chill to the air but now we know spring will soon be on the way by April. Good perspective, RuneE.

Ser snøen ligger fortsatt hos dere også. Her fikk vi ca 10 cm til i dag.
Snow is just as pretty as flowers especially if like me you don't see much.
I love that last photo, it is stunning the detail on it.

Great photos - I love the snow.
Great photos, but too cold.

But the snow keeps it warm from even colder temperatures, you know. So the snow is good, but it's so hard to wait for the warm weather, isn't it?
Your Rhody bud is wearing a warm angora cap and will flower the more beautifully.
The snow, seems like in powder, and then seems to be light to carry. And anyway, it seems to be a heavy burden for the leaves...
Truly magical captures of snow covered buds..waiting for Spring thaw!
I am always amazed how beautiful the plants look under the snow. The fat bud does not seem to be affected by the cold.
Og jeg som trodde det var en snørose.....
:-)
The snow looks so fluffy like the fibers of a towel. I apologize for my crude description, but that's what it looks like to me. :)
it amazes me that not even frost stops them from growing
Nice way of highlighting the sturdiness of such a beautiful flower--coming soon I hope.

Vinteren har tatt tak hos dere også ja. Artige bilder.
