This time I have done something different. I have made a short movie from a slide show that I hope you'll like - especially since I've added a soundtrack that I feel is highly appropriate. The pictures were taken two days before Winter-solstice and for me this illustrates the feeling of that event very well
If you don't have the time or the band-with for the movie, I have included the first and the last pictures. But you'll have to watch the movie to get the soundtrack!
For those of you who enjoyed yesterday's Thursday Try-out, there is a (IMHO) more interesting version on my Norwegian Blog.

I like the movie of the sunrise, we also have nice sunrises so might try that myself.
I like the bridge, maybe try some pictures from below the bridge, bridge watching is a hobby of mine, the are three bridges being built here and how could they manage without me keeping an eye on things during construction
Beautiful!
Nydelig liten film du har laget der Runee!
Solen som danser så vakkert over himmelen med håp og løfter om en ny dag! HERLIG!
Nydelig bakgrunnsmusikk også:)
Ønsker deg en fortsatt koselig romjulstid!
I like the movie and music, great photos too.
How talented you are! Amazed me how you managed to take the picture whilst playing the flute! LOL!
Great picture.
All the very best for 2008!

Dette var fantastisk! Eg sit heilt fjetra over slide-showet!
Du har nok eit skikkeleg bra kamera, men det er fotografen som styrer kamera...!
God helg!
Fantastisk vakkert, både i bilete og musikk.
Just amazing, both photos and music.
That was great, the song was perfect with those beautiful pictures. I like that you took the time to put it all together.
I've always liked that song and can't help but think of Cat Stevens when I hear it. (she said, dating herself)
Ah, familiar scene and lovely music. I used to listen to Cat Steven's version, too. If you want to see a photo of the end of a perfect day, come see my 8 More Days post on my visualstpaulblog!!
Oh So Beautiful! Great job!
Re: your last comment about the bird on my blog. It is called a Northern Cardinal....here is a link to more about it: http://www.birds.cornell.edu/AllAboutBirds/BirdGuide/Northern_Cardinal.html
These are all wonderful.
Happy New Year!
You made a beautiful movie, whit a perfect soundtrack.
Have nice days. Greetings from Texel.
I enjoyed my visit to Norway and hope I can come there in real life someday. I want to see the fijords.
Your pictures are beautiful and I hate that I couldn't see the movie but I'm on dialup and it won't download.
Thank you all for nice comments!
Dot: I was a bit reluctant about using a movie since I new that you are on a dial-up. However, my egocentricity won because I was rather satisfied with it myself and wanted to give it a try.
I promise not to do such things too often!
I love it! The soundtrack is perfect.
Very very nice...my daughter-the environmentalist---is really into Winter Solstice and the moods and murmurings of Mother Earth. She really liked this.....so did I! Lovely music!
Beautiful video, but also the musical investment most excellent.
Congrats very good work.
Oh i love the slide show with the sound.
Very nice. I love the sunrise.

Jøss,vakkert også Cat Stevens musikk da! Nydelig;)
Men ingenting slår jo denne sola da!
For me the music is perfect and fits. I also like the photos and how they are woven into the whole. It is a marvelous work that I like very much.
Thanks for your visits to my blog and for your comments about depth of field. I find that to be an interesting thing. If I have time I almost always shoot with depth of field in mind. Sometimes I don't have time and then it isn't as nice in the end.
I get animals to pose for me by being their friend and by showing them I mean no harm for over four decades. Somehow I think animals pass this information along to each generation that comes here. Some come by migration year after year. And I am talking about individuals -- birds for example. I have a story about one such bird who returned each year for 7 years. What a reunion we always had. It was marvelous.
Hi Runee,
I've just watched your video,it's absolutely beautiful! Well done!
Stunning....and peaceful
Really really interesting to watch, and great post.
