The other day I found some red berries which are very common in gardens around here (they are not rowanberries!) because the leaves (not shown here) are totally different. I also found a small, yellow fruit that I have not seen before. It was about the size of small tomato and had the colour of a yellow paprika. And it is not an apple or a plum.
Once again I must admit that although I like to take pictures of all kinds of plants, flowers and fruits - I am no gardener.

The yellow fruits in your Blog are quinces. The second posting shows me clearly that this is so.
