Today I have another yellow flower to show you - dandelion. It is usually considered to be a crabgrass, but to me it's a spot of very bright colour when it erupts in (other people's) lawns. In Norway we have about 240 variants, and it's useful too: The leaves can be used for making salads, the roots can be used as a replacement for coffe and from the flowers you can make wine.
