Perhaps they're going out-of-business? Perhaps not or they might have mentioned it. Can't help but think that I'd like to use that ":modern conveyance" parked in front of the store.

Someone has bought all the merchandise and is about to load it on to the bicycle.

God helg til deg!

Interesting shot for the day, Rune! The wooden models in window seem properly modest, don't they :)!! That bicycle looks about as old as I am!! Hope you have a great weekend!!

Although the inside of the store has no sign of life -- the world outside it goes on -- like the monotone appearance -- barbara

The sale seems to have gone very well ;)
I love the patterns in the paving stones, and the contrast of the moving man and the stationary cycle.

There's sadness in this scene. Perhaps the hunched figure adds to the feeling beyond the near empty window.

Great street shot!

It seems to have been cold…the hunched person pulling his hat over his ears eager to get home.I love the picture!

The bike attracts my attention :)
Thanks for dropping by. You're right, the building was a cinema. The tsunami wasn't the cause. The owner closed the business for a reason.

Go`klem fra Trøndelag.

That is a fine cargo delivery bicycle. We see more of them as they are an efficient way of carrying stuff around cities. Nice photo.
