September Road

The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,

Pursuing it with weary feet,
Until it joins some larger way,
Where many paths and errands meet.
And wither then? I cannot say

J.R.R. Tolkien

Your way is even more wildly colorful and fantastic than a hobbit's.

keep right on to the end of the road - that usually meant for us some farmer's field.

Neat quote, it complements the photo very well.

Just today when I was coming back home, I was impressed by a pinkish tint of atmosphere, the colours looked so different. Your picture is sunnier but I can see it there as well. Beautiful.

Gyldne haustfargar og svingete vegar, elska det :)

Fint lys og god komposisjon :)

I like the sky reflection in the car windows.

Vakkert høstbilde .... her i Fjelldal er de fleste bladene falt av, snøen kryper stadig nedover liene. Godt jeg snart skal hjem!

Ha en fin ny uke!

The fields are beautiful and so is the light!

Nice sky, and you've really got the colors popping. Some roads are a lot handsomer than others . . . I like Tolkein's idea. Reminds me of Robert Frost's "how way leads on to way."

What a beautifully composed photograph! Was it a lucky snap from your car or a painfully set up shot? Regardless, it is lovely and I love the quotation you've chosen to go with it.

Et flott og veldig dynamisk bilde. Herlige farger og nydelig lys. Det ser ut som om du har tatt det i Tyskland?

what a beautiful angle, like a tv commercial, a real slope, an action figure...excellent.
