The Norwegian Rope Trick ...

You may have heard of the Indian Rope Trick. Very advanced magic. This is much simpler. All you need is:

  • A piece of rope
  • Some shallow water, preferably from a fjord
  • A jetty to crouch on
  • A camera with a circular polarizing filter mounted on the lens
  • Some suitable software for finishing touches.
That is all - the trick can now be performed ...

Have a nice weekend!

Ønsker deg en stilig fredda'!

Liker kommentarene dine. Du ser mye og forstår mye rundt bilder. Det er en utrolig bra egenskap. Da har du foto i årene dine!

I give up. I'm hopelessly lost on this one. Oh well, maybe next time. I must say the photo is very colorful though, if I could just figure out what its all about.

This picture makes me think of a coast seen from high above, like from a satellite.. An other kind of magic trick offered by your camera?..
Have a nice week-end too!

We used to do a rope skit at scout meetings where someone would walk across the stage pulling a length of rope. He would be asked, "Why are you pulling that rope?" The answer is, "Have you ever tried to push a rope?"

Nice composition.

Man må ha blikket for å kunne leke seg slik. Og når man i tillegg har glimt i øyet også, ja da blir det enda bedre. Kreativt og morsomt.

God torsdag!
