Sun on the ground

The sun is a popular guest in these parts of the world after a long winter. Yesterday it smiled at me from the shadow of a small bush. A bit weather-bitten perhaps, but a real smile in white and yellow non the less. It made my day.

Today we got ten cm of slush.

Lovely muted tones and great detail in those damaged petals.

For i dag laver snøen ned igjen!

Irene

A sapot of sun is a great sign Rune, and what a shot to.

early season flowers must really have to struggle against the lingering cold. I bet you are enjoying all the sun rays that come your way these days. Enjoy!

God helg Rune!

Lovely one Rune, I can feel your sun smiling all the way across the sea.

The fading flower looks all the better for the sun shining on it.

You did a series on "benches" and I came across this one today.

Maybe you have already seen it.

Another stunning photo! I'm glad this flower brought a smile to you. Spring is arriving here in Arkansas.

You make me smile. . . I wish you a beautiful spring, absent of anymore snow. We have Daffodils blooming here and one day you will see the photos I took but a few more days of my snow memories first.

Spring is very much here in the south of the UK, all the blossom out and a gorgeous day today. I have cut right back on my posts, I don't think I am a natural 'blogger', but I will continue with a photo every now and then.

This flower had a rough start to Spring, but a welcome sight indeed!

Hei Rune, takk for hyggelig hilsen i går.
