W is for Warm hands

From a photo-project with one of my daughters, whose hands these are. And what could be warmer?

I wish all ABC-participants (and anyone else too) a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Today's post is an entry in round SEVEN of ABC Wednesday, the meme initiated by Denise Nesbitt. For more, you can log on via the ABC site.

Litt spiritistisk over det?

PS.

came via Reader's wil's site that you wish to visit Australia. Australia is my second home.

When my mum first arrived to live in Oz, they were living in the hills of the Gold coast. My brother had a big section, almost a small farm. But he didn't grow anything.

Mum made dad dig a big patch for her and she grew corn. Mum used the precious Oz water, and when the corn was 3 inches tall, mum was so happy.

My sis-in-law ( Kiwi gal) heard mum went ##@@$$!!!!. She thought my parents were arguing.

Mum was cursing the kangaroos who ate all her crop.

when I went to Canada, we bought winter things in Singapore. On of the things we bough was a hand warmer. It looked like a cigarette lighter, and it was supposed to heat up and heat your hands like your photo.

Alas, I couldn't buy the fuel in Canada so i never used it. I didn't need one in New Zealand. At home, I use a heat bag.

In Norway, do you have a heater like that? It's been more than 30 years, i still remember the shape.
