E is for Escaping the rain to Ellás

The rain has been Ever present in large parts of Norway this summer. So we Exchanged the inverse Evaporation with a more Exhilarating Environment where Elusive Evenings with Enchanting sunsets could be found.

And not Excluding the Enchanting Evening Star.

PS1 If you wonder where/what Ellás is, it is a correct Latinized form of what is known in English as Greece. In Norway and many other countries the form Hellas is used.

PS2 We Escaped to the island of Crete.

Today's post is an Entry in round SEVEN of ABC Wednesday, the meme initiated by Denise Nesbitt. For more, you can log on via the ABC site.

Eia var jeg der :-)
Swt første bilde får meg til å lengte til sol og badeliv. Sukk, men jeg får heller hoppe i havet her. Vi hadde 19 grader i sjøen på søndag - og det holder jeg ut!!

Det så jo virkelig nydelig ut, gjør seg med litt påfyll av varme og sol, ikke vært så alt for mye av det her hjemme i sommer. Nydelige bilder Rune!

What a wonderful vacation. I wish I had been there too! No rain for a month here and it has been very hot.
Your photos are great, as usual.

I think you might be interested in some benches I posted earlier this month. Go here There are 7 or 8 posts in a row with punctuation benches!

Bra Rune!!

Ahh ... now no matter how much I respond to the glorious image of the fellow emerging from the sea with the sun behind him, it is that glorious bend in the shower that is framing the evening star that I find absolutely delightful.

Nowhere better than the Mediterranean to escape inverse evaporation (warm or cold)! Enchanting images you captured!

So sorry, Rune, for all the rain in Norway this summer but glad you found an Escape! The whole globe is upset by odd and extreme weather.

Such beautiful colors in that first photo Rune. And for all our bragging about So. California weather our summer only arrived this week. It has been the coolest summer and coldest July in decades. I haven't been able to sit out on my patio more than twice since the end of April!
