MoMA

This is my contribution to James at Newtown Area Photo's meme called Weekend Reflections.

It is also my contribution to Aileni's Monochrome Weekend.

This does make for an interesting view. I never look up or see things like this. I guess if it isn't in front of me I don't see it.

Wow, this is splendid! This must be MOMA in NYC...I know this scene and you've made its everyday appearance magical.

Beautiful composition and reflection, Rune. Very NYC, too.

...and you know a way to reflect your own name in it too! Wow! You are VERY clever! This is superb for both reflections and black and white!

Carloyn has just taken the words out of my mouth - just like your reflection.

You are indeed SO clever, Rune! This is fantastic! And it is so New York! Love the black and white, too! Hope you have a great weekend!

Great reflection picture! I like it in black and white. My wife and I were in nyc this week and we wanted to go to the MOMA but it was just too hot and humid so we left early. Hopefully we'll see it next time.

Congrats to your daughter + good to know you are on the mend + all your photos are so gorgeous. I just love this NYC scene and also... the superb reflection of the cold autumn trees.

MoMa or Wowy (ok - not quite on the 'A' to 'Y' transition). Great catch either way. ;) Hope you are feeling healthy!!

A masterpiece as always. I love how you always work your signature into the image in a unique way!

Great photo and I love those reflections too...The structures look good in mono.

Beautifully reflected city scape! And tall buildings were meant for monochrome. I found a like to Thor's Helmet in the sky for you.

Oh, I love this one, Runee! Specially with your name there! :o)

Kisses!

you are so clever, I have to look so carefully at the banner before I realise that half of it is a banner.

Great reflection, Rune! This week I have still the memories of my daughter and family from Australia, to linger on. So photos of our holiday in my own country. There are benches from the little village of Oosterend, among other things.

Rune, I had a quick peek at your photo on Friday and liked it a lot. I promised myself to come back for a better look before commenting. I looked several times yesterday and again this morning, but the photo has vanished. The only one visible to me is the one from your hospital bed. I'll keep coming back in hope!

I'm so glad your servers have sorted themselves out. We've been without connection twice in the last few days, and it's so annoying!

The symmetry of your photo is amazing, with such a perfect reflection. I really love what you've done with your signature!

One of my favorite places, MoMA. I like where you put your name on the moma flag. ;-)
