Nydelige kontraster!

And I totally agree with your comment about the "bastards" on my blog. Why I don't know.

I do like this photograph of the berry. I thought it was an apple.

If you had a flask of rum you would be close to having a frozen daiquiri. Very nice.

Great shot; love the red and the ice.

Virkelig bra bilde! Det røde bæret som er delvis skjult blant hvitt og grønt. Flott!

Det var en stayer av en bær ja. Flott med det lille røde elementet som tom. har fått litt sol på seg.

A red point in all your white snow..Sure, you could not miss it! I like the way you caught the textures..

Jeg ser og jeg ser, men kan ikke finne ut hvilken bær det er??

The red colour of the berry is so great against the snowy background, Great macro photo, Rune! Today I saw a series on TV, called Rail Away. It was about a train journey from Lillehammer to Hamar and from Hamar to Røros. And that's exactly the trip I made in June 2006. I like Røros for it's so unique.
Thanks for your visit and kind comment. I must confess that my knowledge about history is not very great, and what I know is from Google. This way I learn a lot myself.( and forget very soon afterwards)

I do love berry images, Red on green but nestling in the ice is a bonus. Lovely soft focus surrounding it too.

What a stunning shot!

I love the icy snow (or the snowy ice) on the berry. It gives it a very wintery feeling, yet at the same time the red of the berry makes it really cheerful!

It looks good enough to eat, frosty berry - is it poisonous?

Roger Owen Green said...

Wonderful contrast, the red with the winter white. You've done berry well.

On behalf of the ABC Wednesday team, thank you!

Exquisite shot of firm red berry with delicate frozen crystals.

Yes, your comment about the sulpher dioxide was in the correct vein. There are many variables of sulpher oxides from different substances.

I like the snow flakes, it makes the redness of the berry so beautiful.

Next time, you come to New Zealand, or Australia, you can go in a hot air balloon.

I chose 'berry' too, among other things. Still not sure if I have to link my post each time I post a letter and to where do I post it? By the way I like your berry better than mine -- but I have a 'Barry' too!

Lovely image! The contrast between red berries and white snow and ice is always good!

Thank you for sharing this magnificent photo of the frozen berry. At first I thought you had posted a bridge!

Colors in the winter seem so much more important and brighter. Fantastic photo.

You are right the T1i is the same as the 500D. I'm having a lot of fun with it.

Gallow said...

I don't think the 500D will replace a dedicated video camera. It's limited by the length of movie that it can record.

But, I bet on a clear day outside with nice lenses the quality will be incredible.
