The year 2009 on my blog - a photo-cavalcade

It is getting close to 2010 and everyone around are making cavalcades of some sort based on the year that has gone by. Surprisingly, I'm going to do the same. Since this is mainly a photo-blog, I have picked one picture I have posted from each month during the year. I hope you will enjoy them - just click on yesterday's moon above (or here), and then start the sideshow rolling.

Happy New Year!

I remember each one. They are truly unforgettable photos.
And so cool that we can click on the moon!
Let's hope the coming year will be full of good pictures and memories.

How come the moone doesn't ever look so good from where I live? :P

Happy New Year, Rune! :) Thks for the lovely cavalcade! I would have mistaken it for a calendar spread -it is so beautiful.

Månebildet her er fantastisk!
Blinkskudd!

What a perfect shot of the moon!

Happy New Year!

In your comment on my blue moon you wrote "I [sic] was a trifle hazy, but I'll see if I can post one later."
I was afraid your haziness might have been from too much celebrating, LOL, but seeing your photo now I understand it was but a typo. :D

Marvelous year end review! I would find it hard to select only 12 of your 2009 shots as "best". There are many more that are terrific.

Wonderful collection of photos. I think l I missed the one of what we call Narcissus, but I think some people call them Paper whites. That is an especially beautiful shot. The duck mirror image and the December pink shadows are other VERY special ones. I'm way behind in my blogging. Barry is off on one of his world travels next week and hopefully things will settle down for me.
