What beautiful golden light on your view photo.

I rather like shovelling snow (occasionally!) but I think you've got a lot more to shovel there than we have here!!

I can tell you have your hands full too :-)

Very interesting to compare the first photo with the one in your header!

Believe or not, but I envy you, even with the work to do!
Beautyful light in the first shot!

Lovely view, some light between the storms, but piles of work! I guess the bright side is the exercise you get while shoveling!

Very hard work. Best of luck to you with all that snow. You'll find a treasure under it! ;)

I like the color shots even if it doesn't look so artistic (because it is in color) as the monochrome ones.

Hi RuneE,
I *really* think the 'current view' photo is just suitable for framing. Wonderful!

Thanks much for visiting my blog - always love your comments.

You said you were wondering about what it really was. Actually it is exactly as I explained, though did not have enough time to expand. It is from a Siberian exhibition and was displayed in a mound of sand. They are tusks on a fallen tree. They are supposed to be from an ancient animal. Can't recall the name of the animal right now however, sorry.

I hope you have a good holiday season!

A full time job?

I like the fog on the first photo. Fog is so interesting.

Ikke overdriv snømåking.
Gjør det som hjertet tåler

Oh Rune! I know it is to be expected, but I'm so glad we came in June! Such a beautiful snow flurry on its way, but I prefer photographs to the real thing.
Happy New Year!

If I lived closer, I would be right over to help you shovel. I got to do a little of that Tuesday.
