Are these two birds the same sex or one of each? Just wondering cause depending on that, think of the neat comments you could imagine they might be saying, if they could talk. Betcha some folks could come up with some really great quips on that, huh?

Just wait until Malyss sees this one! Terrific clsoeup! That's one chubby bird! (or two)

Hey!I read what you wrote, Perbs!!Ü

Just wanted to say: "I love them", what else could I feel?..LOL

(PS you said you had other views from the monastery; I hope you'll post them, maybe under an other theme. I would be glad to see them.)

I guess you get a lot of them in Norway. Nice shot of them.

I love seagulls...as long as they're not flying directly above my head, that is:) Great photo!

I spent part of my day today shooting gulls - photographically that is!

I saw some gulls on a log in the lake on my walk to work this morning. I thought of your photo. I took a few photos, and hope that they come out well.

Excellent work. I like the composistion of the rock and the birds. The rock looks like it's part of a sphere.

Great photo. These birds are quite plump. They look really soft.

Nice to see two gulls cooperating with each other, both guarding half the area. (That's what it looks like to me. LOL)

Nice shot, Rune. The gulls look very relaxed. I don't have a post for ABC Wednesday this week, and i'm going to miss out on Friday, too! But I'll be fishing with my husband, so it's OK. I do have a watery Wednesday post, though.

They look content just sitting there and watching the world go by.

Beautiful photo!

What cute little birds! They look so peaceful! enJOY your day!

The gulls that I tried to photograph were over exposed. The white is so bright compared to the surrounding area. I have to be more careful with them.
