At first sight I thought that was a whale!

Store krefter i sving...

Beautiful scene with the waves breking in the forground. The for in the background just makes the photo!

Takk for hyggelige kommentarer hos meg.

Lovely deep blue in the sea! And that rock really does look rather whalish...

I thought the same as some of the others -- a whale! Terrific shot! You can really feel the wind!

Flott bilde.

It looks like a rough day at sea, waves splashing on that HUGE rock. And it's nice to see the mountains in the distance. How nice that a red-bottom boat and flag sailed into view!

Simply terrific.

I thought it was a whale too. Lovely misty feel on the horizon.

Count me in as another who thought the rock was a whale at first glance. Love the pic.

That's a fantastic shot. I was with the others thinking it was a whale at first. I love the texture of the water.

Windy days produce the best waves!

Norway like we imagine Norway is: waves on the sea,sea among mountains, wind, a little fog and , most of all, the fisherman's boat,(like the vikings on their drakkars..) gone for fishing whatever weather there can be..Even from here I can feel the cold wind in my hair!^-^

PS:1)Thank you for your nice and interesting comments .They are very appreciated.
PS:2)I send a mail to Dot, the administrator of Pic a Theme, to ask her to keep for you the next free place on the bloglist. Now, let's wait and see..
PS:3)I must admit I also believed it was a whale..during one second Ü

Rune: So much to see with the hazy sky over the sea.

I like how the hills fade into the mist and haze.

Lew said...

No reflections in this one. Beautiful catch of the wave and the rock! Looks like the haze is rising form the sea.
