Beautiful! I think we will have some Spring like weather this weekend :)

Ikke mye spring i dag, Rune.
Her oppe hos meg er det tåke og sludd.
Derfor gjør det godt å se slike flotte bilder fordi da vet man at det bare er et tidsspørsmål...
Og stæren er kommet. Også her oppe i høyden hos meg.

These photos are so lovely Rune. That yellow is amazing. I'm glad to see Spring is beginning to show her face way up North.

Herlige vårtegn! Er det ikke deilig? Lengre og lysere dager. Nyter livet!

I like that the yellow crocus still has some soil clinging to it. Nice!

My goodness... that is a sight for sore eyes.
Beautiful.
It is bitterly cold and frigid here.
We have had nothing but blizzard and white out conditions.
Temp. last night was -20 C (-4F) and expected to be cooler tonight.
A difficult winter for the Rockies. These pictures are delightful.

I thank you for your comments, they are most helpful..
I hope you are doing well these days.

Hi Rune...
These are excellent shots indeed.. and all show the beauty which is going to be exploding around you soon... love the first picture... as I smaill child I thought that these buds were little mice being born... I must have been told that at sometime and it stuck..
Have a great weekend my friend and enjoy the sights, sounds and smell of it all... Spring is a great time to be alive... :O)

Som John sier er det nok en stund til vår får slikt i Drammen :( Men du verden å flott det er å få se slikt, et godt tegn på at det er håp i år også. Ha en fin kveld!

When I lived in central Alberta on a farm, the first sign of spring was when the wild purple crocuses began to pop up through the prairie wool grass. The photo of the tulip bulb brought those memories rushing back. So beautiful, the yellow colour.

I had to look again when soemone called that yellow tulip a crocus! I saw my first crocus over a week ago and posted on blog then. I see the beginnings of daffodils but it will be awhile before our tulips bloom.

It is another beautiful collection of spring!

Those are beautiful. You have inspired me to take a shot of our new daffodils.

I absolutely love these shots! As a child, pussy willows grew in our area and was a spring time favorite - they do not grow around here and miss that sign of spring!

Thanks for sharing and congrats on POTD!

Ah, I see why these won. Lovely how the tulip wears the soil of pushing its head up from the ground toward the sun.
