A place to rest and view

Even when driving along the roads on our small islands you might find a place to park you car, a place to sit, and enjoy the view. I presented the view the other day.

Kunne faktisk ha sittet å sett med en termos og litt kaffe der lenge.

Akkurat et sånt sted er perfekt for en MC kjører og to. Jeg må lete stedet opp innen sesongen starter.

Flott utsnitt, lys og farger.. Autovernet lager fin dybde i bilde.
Det er heller ikke noe å si på utsikten fra rasteplassen heller. :)

Wow. It looks cold.

Here where I live in Southwestern Ohio, north of Dayton, the home of aviation, the Wright Brothers and Paul Lawrence Dunbar, the poet; it is snowing and has all day. It is 27 degrees F ( -2.7 C)and roads are a mess.

I wanted to thank you for your visits and for keeping track of me while I have been both in and out of the hospital.

That's what we always liked when we were travelling: a picnic table and benches to have coffee and sandwiches and on top of it a fantastic view.
You are right about Egypt: it's an unhealthy place I still suffer from the foodpoisoning which I caught on 26th November. I still haven't had coffee and eaten meat since that day. Only tea, white bread, soup and blueberry juice. I'll never go back to one of those Asian or African countries.

A perfect place to stop to have a brief rest and a cup of coffee from a thermos.

Looks like a beautiful place for a picnic! Like those tables and benches and sure do love the view from there also!

I also left a comment on three posts below. I am catching up after a day of grieving for my old camera. I have actually bought another Olympus that is not quite as expensive and have to learn how to use it before I can take more photos. I will use a few old ones I haven't used on my blog until I can get the knack of using the new "baby." Thank you for your kind words.
