Today's flower - Ivy with a guest

The flower on the Ivy has a guest that knows how to enjoy the goodies when she smells them. Beneath I have taken a closer look at the guest. As much as I dared (the enlargement - not the bee).

PS The Today's flowers meme is hosted by LUIZ SANTILLI JR. . Please visit and enjoy.

Uiii seems to be the advertisement for "Isects visit" ;) Bad joke - but it is really strange how things look like when seen so much larger.
Its a strange world, isnt it?

I didn't know until just this year (I've had my head in the sand, I guess) that Ivy blooms. The color of these blossoms is beautiful, and the small size of the bloom is emphasized by your including the bee for comparison. Well done, Rune. I think your photos are beautiful.

Hi Rune...
I saw your comment on Abes post and where I certainly agree with you about how good Abes are you do yourself an injustice... these are stunning also and show quite clearly the bee feeding with we often miss... where would certain flowers be without these bees visiting for a feed and them paying the flower by spreading the pollen. Fantastic posting.

Forreste, jeg fikk en invitasjon om å joine dere. Men når i all verden er det dere logger dere på? Har skjønt at det er søndags kveld, men når?

Ha en fin-fin ettermiddag:)
