Back to winter

Easter has been cold around here, but we, at least, escaped most of the snow that fell in other areas of Norway. That is, until yesterday afternoon when we got all of 5 cm. However, today we got the most beautiful weather imaginable, so I'll give you a bit of the view from our cottage taken before the snow melted.

Now it just remains to visit everybody who have been kind enough to visit and leave a comment on my blogs while I have been away. It may take a day or two before I can finish that job...

Yes winter again for you, but for us it was the first time this winter we had snow. Great view.

You have a very beautiful view!
It's windy here today and I just saw a couple snow flakes falling but I'm sure it won't amount to any thing.

That is a beautiful view, I'm glad you took the photo before the snow melted. It was a very cold Easter here too (UK). We just had a little snow.

Certainly a beautiful view. I do enjoy looking at snow in all the blogs - as long as I don't have to live in it. I'll try to send you some warm weather if you'd like - we're to be up around 80 F by the weekend - hooray!

It is a fantastic view... breathtaking, if I must say so. Your photo is perfectly clear and crisp!!

Our winter seems to be finally pulling out however the temperatures tonight has been dropping steadily and it is -8 C (17 F) right now but clear skies. Hopefully it is only temporary.

Wonderful view, Rune.

Don't bother to check in at my blogs - nothing new to look at.

Enjoy the weather!

It is gorgeous there and beautifully shown in your photo today.

You asked what once was in that barrel so I'll tell. I once used that to pick up produce from a community garden project. Now I shall have to find a new basket.

Wow, what a beautiful view this one is. I thought at first I was looking down the side of a mountain to the horizon below. Then my eyes snapped in focus and I see it is a regular horizontal view. And very nice too.

It seems that winter wishes to hang around this year, we had some ice pellets here today but they melted as they touch the ground.
yesterday I returned from visiting family near vancouver and driving through the mountains, there was snow on the roads making driving a little tricky and a few cars skidded of the road.
It is quite often, the 4 wheel drive vehicles that have problems, they become over confidant and go too fast for the road conditions

WOW! I love snow but have settled for spring now. I mean, gosh we have tulips by the hundreds at our park this week! Come see some of them at my blog. . .

The noon news just said we are due for snow at 1000 ft tonight -- that's too high for where I live but tomorrow night it will be more snow at 500 ft so I will stay up and watch for it. Maybe I will be able to get some photos of the tulips in the snow. Hope it doesn't hurt them!

That is a stunning view from your cottage. Thanks for your visits and comments on my blog. I can see that we could have some interesting debates on many issues.
