More wet flowers

It is Mother's Day in Norway today. Most people keep such things at the private level with flowers, cakes and so forth. A visit to the graves of departed parents is also common. The tulip on the picture were placed on the grave of my mother-in-law by my father-in-law yesterday. The drops are dew, not rain.

The dew drops are beautiful. I know it is sad to have to go to the grave on Mother's Day. I have to do that. We in the United States celebrate Mother's Day the second Sunday in May.

Hei.

Beautiful picture even though it is for a sad occasion. My mother-in-law passed away a year an a half ago. My father in law goes to her grave every Sunday after church. We all still miss her!

It may be sad but it truly is bittersweet...a lovely reminder of love to visit the gravesites, esp. with flowers. The photo is fantastic.l
