In the Uk that'd just be called a drain.
DrainPIPE usually refers to a vertical (usually) pipe that runs from the "guttering" down to the ground. Sometimes they go through the ground straight into underground drains, or else they end in "drain-spouts" from where the water runs off usually into a drainhole covered by a drain-cover which has holes in it that let the water through - these invariably get clogged up with leaves!

Your pipe is far nicer!

Loved this abc D blog entry.
It reminded me of a time when
some friends and I crawled into
a drain pipe. It was smaller
and really dark and under a
freeway.

Thanks for stopping by and the
well wishes for my son!

Have a Blessed Happy Fun
Healthy Creative Year!!!

You have many d's there, none having to do with decapitation or ducks.

By the way, I detest capital punishment as well. I am ashamed that the United States uses this and other inhumane punishments against people convicted of crimes.
